Abstraction of nature and its components served as the design inspiration for Botanica, which was created as a tropical resort complex.
The Botanica's main gate is intended to serve as an entry to a tropical ecoregion. And beyond that, every structure is built to symbolise a distinct connect with nature.

The Visionary Veterans

Mr. Sumukh V Rajadhyax

Mr. Sumukh has founded Rajadhyax Architectural & Interior Designing, a multi-disciplinary architectural practice established in 2005. Their portfolio covers various sectors with experience in large scale Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, Real Estate and Residential spaces, with special expertise in Weekend Homes.
Since 2005, the firm has completed various projects pan India in Gujarat, M.P and Maharashtra. Their clients include Asian Institute of Cancer, VJTI College, Federal Bank, Provogue India and many more.

Mr. Sandeep Kolatkar

Mr. Sandeep is the director Shreyas Shelters Pvt. Ltd. along with various group companies. He has been engaged in real estate development for the last 35 years in Pune and Indore having developed over 2 million square feet. He has successfully completed over 35 projects.
He is the member and Vice President of Marathi Bandhkam Vyavsayik Association, Pune and also holds the position of the Joint Secretary Maharashtra Bandhkam Vyavsayik Mahasangh (An apex body of all builders associations in Maharashtra).
